Personal Fitness Programs With over 10 years of personal training experience. I have learned through the years that each fitness program has to be individualized. I continually study my craft to ensure that I am up to date on current fitness research. I also believe in leading by example. You can be assured I am working in the gym as hard as you. I believe that cookie cutter programs just dosen't work. So, you can be assured that I am designing each training session around your specific needs and goals. My clients are very important to me; so my goal is to make you feel that your goals and well being are the utmost of importance. Being a full time trainer I can offer flexible training times. Individual Transformation Plan This is a great 6 month program that encourages a lifestyle change. It's a 6 month program that will focus on fat loss and building lean muscle. There are no drastic diets or extreme exercise regimes; just a real life approach to fitness results. You will learn how to fit healthy eating and fitness into your lifestyle. You will get steady results yet fast enough to keep you motivated. Your workout program will incorporate interval fitness training to get you the most productive results. *This workout plan has a 3 or 4 day a week option*
Body Fit System This program is a 4 month program for those of you that are self-motivated to do some workouts on your own. You will still get a fitness program that will get you the best results. Build strength, increase flexability and endurance. A great total body workout that will be designed with your fitness goals in mind. This option is a 2 day a week fitness program. The 3rd day you will get a written program to follow on your own and periodic motivational e mails to keep you motivated. Fit Over 50 Plan Are you over 50 and concerned about starting an exercise program? Did you know that those who don't exercise can lose 40% of their muscle mass from age twenty onward. The loss of lean mass with aging (called sarcopenia) is largely responsible for the decrease in resting metabolic rate in older people. The decrease in resting metobolic rate means that the metobolism slows and body fat increases. It's not to late to start to make healthy changes in your lifestyle. My over 50 program takes a different approach to exercise. Each training session will address specific needs and limitations associated with starting a workout program at this time of your live. You have heard the benefits of how exercise will help you manage daily activities, burn calories, increase strength, endurance and balance. If you have never exercised before or you have not exercised in a long time; a personal can guide you to achieving your fitness goals in a safe productive manner. Fit Plan 1 This plan is great for seniors but is designed for anyone who has been inactive for a while and wants to increase activity. I design this program so it is safe and gentle enough not to cause discomfort or injury. My goal is to improve your daily activities, increase your confidence and independence. Bottom line to improve overall quality of life in turn reducing falls and fractures. Fit Plan 2 Been active for a while and ready for a challenge or you feel that you are in pretty good shape? I have several over 50 clients whose fitness level ranks right up there with people half their age. I will design your program that will challenge and exceed your fitness goals. * Both plans hare a 2 or 3 times a week training option * Starter Training Pack Have you been working out for a while and are no longer seeing results? This one month program is just long enough for you to master a new workout program designed around your fitness goals that will have you getting results again. You have a 2 or 3 day a week training option.

Group Training I would love to come to your area to help you achieve your fitness goals while working out with your family, friends or neighbors. We can train at a local park near you or in your neighborhood.
Rx Fitness On The Go As part of my personalized service to you, I will bring the Rx Fitness programs to your home, nearest gym, office, or any other training space within the Frederick, Md and surrounding areas. If don't have your own fitness equipment, I will bring the plenty of fitness gear for a great workout or I can advise you on the best fitness equipment to meet your fitness goals. In Home Gym Design I will help you decide what gym equipment will fit your fitness goals and budget. I'll do the leg work and set it your new equipment up for you. You will also recieve 6 personal training sessions using your new workout area that will get you the results you are looking for.
