It seems like nearly everyone has their own description of fitness. Some people think of fitness as being in good enough shape to look appealing in clothes. Other people associate fitness with the ability to get up each morning with more energy and fewer aches and pains. And there are those of us who see the results of fitness exhibited in many forms—enhanced energy, toned bodies, and a general sense of well being that enables us to enjoy our lives to the fullest
No matter what activities you like to do, having a strong body and more endurance will help you. I love riding horses and have been riding since childhood. I’ve found that being fit has enabled me to have a strong core that supports proper posture while I’m in the saddle. That strength also comes in handy when I work with young horses that can be unpredictable at times. When clients of Rx Fitness follow my personalized workout plan and meal plan, they too gain strength, feel better, and live more active lifestyles.
Contrary to what many people believe, it doesn't take a lot of time each week to improve your health and become stronger and more energized. Realistically, about three hours a week is all you need. I would love to be a part of Your journey to fitness success—no matter how you define it!
